This is the first class to take for learning WorkNC. It allows those unfamiliar with WorkNC to gain an understanding of the user interface and how to cut parts.

This class builds on the Basic I class. It goes deeper into the WorkNC interface, and covers new, slightly more advanced topics. After Basic I and Basic II, users should have baseline proficiency with WorkNC and how to make cutterpaths.

This class is often taken one or two months after Basic I and Basic II, once the WorkNC user has gained some proficiency, and come up with some questions. This class covers topics that can improve cutterpath generation and the milling process.

This class if for the person already familiar and trained to run WorkNC on 3-Axis cutterpaths. It covers the 4 and 5 axis cutterpaths, and special tips to make them work better.
Content: 5-axis toolpaths – 5 axis VisuNC – 5-Axis toolpath editor – 5-axis collision checking – virtual machine simulation for 3 axis, 3+2 axis and 5 axis – detection of collisions and limits for varying machine configurations in addition to the tool and tool holder – Auto5 module for deep parts. This class is for the person that wishes to use CAD functions to modify or fix their CAD model prior to making cutterpaths. It is also useful for WorkNC users that need advanced functionality such as Electrode Extraction, Core CAvity seperation or to relieve inside radii on dies. This class covers 3D geometry creation, but not dimensioning or drafting.

Classroom training of how to run feature recognition. This class will also examine setting up template files and tool libraries for feature milling. Lastly, it will cover some options specific to post processors when using feature recognition. It is recommended people bring to this class a tool list of tools and common features to program and take back with them.
