The integration of solid and surface kernels in WorkNC CAD, combined with powerful and efficient modeling functions, provides users with further tools to improve their productivity.
Gaps, holes, and problem areas in imported files can be corrected or redesigned with WorkNC-CAD in a snap. Complex surface-fills, maintaining tangencies across multiple adjoining surface edges, can be achieved in a couple of mouse clicks. Adding surfaces to fill holes or to create protective surfaces is child's play.
A new type of surface further broadens the scope of WorkNC-CAD: with Surface Morphing it is easy to fill in complex hole forms even if the contour of the hole is open.
A raft of advanced functions are also included in WorkNC (3D fillet, joints, 3D solid and surface repairing functions) pushing back the limits of 3D model design, reparation and data machining preparation.
